Ingredients
35ml Lambay Single Malt Batch 02 Irish Whiskey
15-20ml Wild Thyme & Mint Lemon Cordial
100ml Top-Up Hot Water
Method
Add all ingredients except hot water to shaker. Shake then strain into mug. Top with hot water and garnish with a lemon wedge & cloves
