Halloween Giveaway with Beara Bitters
Halloween Approaches and new WINTER COCKTAILS are on the menu!
Lambay Irish Whiskey is a portfolio of Irish whiskeys known for their unique cognac-cask finish whiskey in the Irish whiskey category. Focused on craft and the art of blending through the expertise and partnership of Cognac House Camus, Lambay Whiskey Small Batch Blend and Lambay Malt Irish continue to drive the cocktail strategy for the brand to bartenders and home drinkers alike.
A whiskey with a close relationship to the sea and maritime winds owes its story to Lambay island. A private island 3km off the coast of Dublin. Where wallabies roam and birdlife is abundant, a castle steeped in family heritage, and a volcanic spring called Trinity Well.
Both whiskeys harmonise for cocktails and in a collaborative spirit have partnered with Beara Bitters and Bar & Restaurant – 33 South Main, Naas Co. Kildare to develop and create bespoke signature cocktails for the winter season ahead.
As Halloween approaches whiskey season returns, and Lambay has partnered with the team at the leading bar and eaterie in Naas, 33 SouthMain to create seasonal whiskey cocktails that challenge the classics like the Espresso Martini, Whiskey Sour & Negroni, mixing flavours, quality ingredients, and crafted bitters.
Beara Bitters was founded by two female entrepreneurs, born from their shared love of the Irish land, combined with the richness of the seasonal flavours available.
“We are delighted to partner with Mary and her team at Beara Bitters, we have Irish products in the same industry and the continuing trend in Irish whiskey cocktails makes good sense to align our whiskey with quality craft bitters. The products match beautifully and blend well delivering on taste” commented Sabine Sheehan, Global Brand Ambassador for LIWC.
Bitters are highly concentrated alcohol made from natural fruits, nuts, and seeds infused with alcohol. Beara Bitters is made from organic alcohol and natural ingredients infused together in stages to create a highly aromatic premium product.
Whether it’s Smoked Pear, Aromatic, or Orange bitters, Lambay Irish Whiskey reflects the current climate of hand-crafted Irish spirits in the market that marry classical approaches with modern ingenuity, showcasing local ingredients, with an authentic story.
